Logging in from off-campus (from the UW Libraries Website)

Audio: If you are a current UW student, faculty, or staff, you can access any of UW’s online resources from off-campus.
To do this, you need to make sure that you correctly log in for off-campus access before connecting to any UW-restricted resources. Here’s how you do it:
From any UW Libraries webpage, all you need to do is click on the red-outlined button in the upper-right hand corner of the screen.

Audio: Then, enter your UW NetID and password.

You will be returned to the webpage, except now the button you clicked will be green, and the picture of the lock will be “open.”
Audio: Now you can access ANY resources that are UW restricted.
